Yellow Belly is our ode to the Guatemalan tradition of mango con chile y limon. Every neighborhood in Guatemala has a frutero, selling fresh fruit in a bag or on a stick. Our favorite is mango, drizzled with lime, salt and sprinkled with chile powder. We recreate this glorious flavor with mango, tomarind, cayenne and lime.
