Char Man Caribbean Hot Sauce

 

Char Man's Caribbean blend is truly unique. We use spices found in island cuisines and blend them with mangos, pineapple juice and hot peppers such as: manzanos, guerros and habaneros. This sauce is great on all types of food, but especially shines with seafood and poultry. Try it with fish tacos, or brush it on grilled shrimp or chicken.

Ingredients: Distilled Vinegar, Hot Peppers or Chilies, Mango, Pineapple Juice, Ascorbic Acid, Vitamin E, Vitamins A, Cane Sugar, Dried Onion, Carrots, Salt, Dried Garlic, Xanthan Gum, Peppers Spices, Annatto Seed (for coloring)
